After a depressing spring and summer (depressing because we didn't plant anything), we made sure we did some Fall plantings. Above is our front bed that includes: 32 multi-colored pansies, 2 mums and the clematis seen in the picture below! It's all about curb appeal!
More of our fall plantings! It is lovely to saunter up our walk!
Moving inside -- we have an uneasy alliance between Rusty and Buster (the alpha cat...dog..whatever!!!) Usually, Buster will wiggle around enough to annoy poor Rusty who will then vacate the bed, leaving the entire thing to Buster -- who then rolls this way and that in his triumph over the dog! It's Rusty's bed -- where's the justice?!! :-)
[cue music from Sesame Street] "One of these things is not like the other others. One of these things just doesn't belong. Can you tell which thing is not like the others, Now before my song is done?"
Happy November from the Pedersen house!!!

All beautiful new posts. Where did you learn how to make all that German food? I dig the fall colors on your birthday hike. And, yes, White Oak must be a sister canyon to Oak Creek.
LOVE all the beautiful plants!!! I love looking at blogs of people that do NOT live in AZ so I can actually see fall colors & greenery :)
